Terms & Conditions

By placing a booking with 167 Rentals, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Bookings

All bookings are confirmed once completed through our website. Try-ons must be scheduled via our website. Rentals are available for in‑store pickup in Ljubljana.

2. Payments

Payments are processed securely at checkout and must be completed in full before collection or dispatch.

3. Bonds

A 90€ bond applies to all rentals and is refunded within 2–3 business days after the item is returned and inspected. Deductions may be made for damage, unauthorised alterations, or additional cleaning if required.

4. Cleaning

Professional cleaning is included in your rental fee. Please do not attempt to wash or clean the item yourself.

5. Pick‑up & Returns

Pick-up is available on the first day of your booking. At selected time. Return is on the last day of your booking by 20.00.

Late returns will be charged at 50% of the rental price for each additional day. Returning late can impact the next customer’s booking, so please ensure it is returned on time.

6. Wear & Damage

All items are pre‑loved and may show light, expected signs of wear. This is considered normal and does not qualify for refunds or discounts. If an item is damaged beyond repair, the full retail value will be charged.

7. Cancellations

  • 7+ days’ notice: full refund
  • 3–6 days’ notice: 50% refund
  • Within 2 days: no refund

8. Damage Fees

In the event of damage, 167 Rentals reserves the right to charge for repair or replacement. Minor repairs are charged at €30, while more complex repairs range from €30 to €90.
If an item is returned in a condition that prevents further rental—such as burn marks, wax stains, torn or missing parts, or permanent stains that cannot be removed through professional cleaning—the customer is required to cover the full replacement cost at the item’s current retail price.

9. Care Reminder

We love that you feel confident and radiant wearing our pieces. Please remember that each item is a rental and will be worn by another client after you. To avoid irreversible damage, large tears, or stubborn stains and the associated costs please handle rented items with care.
