How does the dress rental process work?
Browse our collection online and message us on Instagram to check availability for your dates.
Once confirmed, you can book a try-on or proceed with your rental booking. Pick up your dress in Ljubljana, enjoy your event, then return it — we’ll take care of the rest.
What is the rental period?
Our standard hire is 3 or 5 days. Pick-up is available on the first day of your booking. Please select your preferred time when booking your slot. Return is on the last day of your booking by 20.00.

Where are you located?
We’re based in Ljubljana.
The exact address is shared 24 hours before your try-on or pick-up appointment.
Do you offer in-person try-ons?
Yes, we offer in-person try-ons in Ljubljana by appointment only. Try-ons are complimentary and you can try on what’s available in the studio on the day, or if there’s a particular dress you’d love to try on, just let us know in advance so we can confirm availability.

Do you offer postage or delivery?
At the moment, we do not offer postage.
All rentals are pick-up and return in person in Ljubljana.
How far in advance should I book?
We always recommend booking as early as possible, especially for popular styles and peak event dates, to avoid disappointment.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel 7 or more days before your rental, you’ll receive a full refund. Cancellations made 3–6 days before the rental date are eligible for a 50% refund. If you cancel within 2 days of your rental, the booking is non-refundable.
Do I need to clean the dress before returning it?
Nope! Professional dry cleaning is included in your rental. Please return the dress as it is — no washing or cleaning needed.
When will I receive my bond refund?
Bond refunds are initiated within 3 business days after the dress is returned and inspected.
The refund goes back to your original payment method and may take up to 10 days to appear, depending on your bank.
What happens if the dress is damaged or stained?
Minor signs of wear are completely normal and covered.
For significant damage or stains that can’t be removed, additional charges may apply. If anything happens, please contact us as soon as possible — we’re here to help.
